Refunds are issued only for defective or non-functioning products under the following circumstances:
1. Non-Delivery of Digital Product
If you do not receive access to your purchased product within 24 hours after successful payment confirmation, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. Defective or Not as Described
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

3. Duplicate Purchases
If the same product is accidentally purchased more than once, a refund will be issued for the duplicate order only, upon verification.

Products that have been modified, customized, or altered after download
