This add-on allows you to create custom review forms. For example, you could create a multi-tiered rating review form for your products with a dropdown to select the product, and another review form with multiple radio options for your online courses.
Review Forms supports 22 different field types, and each form has its own review template which can be customised to display your custom field values exactly as needed.
Since Site Reviews allows you to assign reviews to multiple Post IDs, you can have submitted reviews automatically assign themselves to the custom form as well as to the current page (or product). This gives you maximum flexibility in how reviews are displayed on your website.
